Hadith

Hadith is an Arabic word.

It is the story of what Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said or did.

The story of what Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) did or liked is also called Hadith.

Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) was the last Prophet of Allah.

He was a good man.

He always said good things. He always did and liked good things.

He said "we should obey the commands of Allah

We should pray only to Allah.

We should be good

We should tell others to be good"

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to pray five times a day.

He would recite the Qur'an everyday.

He never lied to anybody.

He never hurt anybody.

He liked to wear nice clean clothes.

He liked to talk gently and be very kind.

He did not like to be in bad company.

He did not like bad manners.

Allah loved the Prophet Muhammad (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) VERY much.

Allah will also love us if we try to be like our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)

So we should learn more Hadith.

Then we will know more about what Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, and did and liked.

We should follow the sunnah.

We should say and do good things.
